Wales football star Aaron Ramsey has increased the bounty for details concerning the missing pet Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who currently represents Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, stated that the beagle was last seen in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato zone.
The beagle, who vanished on 9 October, was equipped with a dog tracker collar, and Ramsey published a map pinpoint of where she was last seen.
"Any information about our Halo kindly contact us. Significant bounty for locating her. We are all wishing she is safe and will return to our family quickly," the athlete posted on social media.
The footballer first disclosed that his dog had vanished 14 days prior and has since posted numerous images of the beloved canine on Instagram.
A seven thousand five hundred pound incentive was initially announced, but with no news on Halo's whereabouts after a seven days, Ramsey and his loved ones increased the reward.
"We just want our girl returned," he said in another request on social media after the elderly pet went missing.
The most recent photograph upload is a grayscale photo of the beagle napping, its head resting in the bend of Ramsey's arm, with the message: "What I wouldn't give to embrace you one last time sweet Halo."
The footballer has additionally shared a statement from his spouse Colleen on social media saying they have a few "important questions" regarding the event and worry the family "could possibly not receive explanations".
"To this day we have not located our dog. It is unlikely we will ever," the spouse's post read.
The Welsh leader became part of Mexican premier club Club Universidad Nacional recently and made his inaugural match in Liga MX in the eighth month.
